What is Pre-Engineered building.

Pre-engineered metal building system is a building system which consist of structural system including roof and wall cladding. The structural system normally include rigid frames which are fabricated from plate steel and cold formed through manufacturing process. Roof beams and columns are field bolted together thus forming a rigid frame.
Then comes the secondary structural spanning member referred to as purlins which run perpendicular to these frames. Similarly the wall system including girts that span from frame to frame.
